News agency seeks sales manager for radio news bulletin
An independent news agency requires an experienced media sales management professional with a successful track record in sales for radio stations and network. The news agency produces radio news bulletins that are broadcast over thirty radio stations throughout Pakistan.
The success candidate will be based in Karachi and will have:
Minimum five years in radio stations and networks Excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships A track record in delivering and meeting advertising targets
Good organizational and time management skills Proven success in developing sales teams and instilling a sales culture within and organization A portfolio of strong marketing contacts commercial companies and in media agencies The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from initiation to close
Primary contact and management of all accounts after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and drive maximum sales Setting and meeting sales targets Building and managing a sales team to set and meet sales targets Reporting to the CEO on sales performance and shifting trends in the market
